Message from the Secretary dated April 22 was read stating:                    
                                                                               
Upon a review of the journal for the one hundred first legislative             
day of the Second Session of the Twenty First Legislature the                  
following error was identified:                                                
                                                                               
On page 3314, under Senate Bill No. 311, Amendment No. 1,                      
following Insert, should read:                                                 
                                                                               
10-25	Anchorage: Dowling Road Extension/		 $65,000,000                         
	Reconstruction - (Minnesota Drive to Old Seward                               
	Highway and Lake Otis Parkway to Abbott Loop                                  
	Road); Abbott Loop Road Extension - (48th Avenue                              
	to 68th Avenue); Abbott Road Reconstruction -                                 
	(Lake Otis Parkway to Birch Road)                                             
                                                                               
As this journal has already been certified (April 21, 2000), I formally        
request that the Senate rescind its action in approving the journal for        
the one hundred first legislative day, direct that the correction be           
made, and approve the journal as corrected.

rescind its action in approving the journal for the one hundred first          
legislative day. Without objection, it was so ordered.
